need to sell structured settlemetnt dont wan to use a company looking for an individual investo?
are there individial investors that purchase settlements these companies offer pennies on the dollar and there offers are insulting
I sold may payments about 3 months ago and found that the larger companies with the huge ad campaigns tend to give you a lowball offer for your settlement payments. I used a smaller group and their offer was MUCH higher up front. Also their legal team took care of all of the court process for me. I understand that the discount rate is determined but how long the payments go so the earlier payments will be worth more then the later payments because of inflation. I will be happy to give you the info over email about the company but I didn’t want to do it on this response as there are rules against that on here so this doesn’t turn into some kind of crazy adfest!
