How do I enforce a divorce settlement?
I was awarded 186k in my divorce settlement. However, just like child support, he has not paid a dime.
Can I place a lien on his social security number? He has hidden most of our assets (I deserved twice that) and has no assets currently in his name. He has managed to not pay child support either for 5 years now, but I doubt he can stay under the radar forever.
I am in CA, and he is in AZ presently, to the best of my knowledge.
You need a lawyer. My father was put in jail several times for non payment of child support, check into that.
