How long does it take for a car accident settlement case to finish?
Me and my family were on a car accident last September it was on a car rental BTW thru hertz, my 5 yr old daughter got injured and I hired a lawyer for the settlement case. Last May, my lawyer said that he agreed on this settlement amount and he shall further wait for the final paperworks of the settlement. I want to know if this really takes a year or 2 like what i have readin some internet page…thanks
in your case prob. in the next 6 months, in my case (in which nobody was hurt and was my fault) I heard nothing
