What is a structure settlement?
I’ve spoken about this several times, and its been awhile and still i see or receive anything from my lawyer i am in need of a loan at least and was wondering what exactly is a structure settlement? And if there is a loan out there i can get that won’t take much out if i get a settlement from my case? And NO there is no1 at all in my family that i can turn to because we are ALL doing bad.
A structured settlement is another option when receiving compensation from a lawsuit. You can either receive the compensation through a structured settlement or all up front at once. I’m not sure if you already won your case or still waiting for a verdict? There is a company out there called Law Leaf (I’ll provide the link below) that you can contact. They provide both structured settlement loans and regular lawsuit loans.
Reference for you: A structured settlement loan = you already won the case and you are receiving yearly payments. You will borrow against those payments.
A lawsuit loan = you have not won the case yet and you need to borrow money against a case that has not settled yet.
