How do I go about selling a structed settlement. How much do i get?
I do not want to use one of those ghetto tv companies like peachtree or jg Wentworh i want to either to it myself or through a lawyer ( who wont collect anything unless i get the money i need).
My payments:
18,500/ yr next two years
500 a month (doubles every 10 years)
50,000 in about 5 years
100,000 in 15 years
i want to use the money to buy real esate.
the monthly payments are for life btw.
You probably can’t sell this – the whole POINT, is to keep you from investing it and losing the whole thing.
But generally, with this timeframe, you’re looking at maybe $25000.
